My Story
I began my fitness journey during my university years, when I was overweight, lacked confidence, and struggled with persistent back pain from long hours of sitting. Like many others, I faced challenges with injuries, motivation, and burnout.
Rather than giving up, I took a self-driven approach to learning—studying extensively online and experimenting with different training methods, workout programs, and nutrition strategies on myself to understand what truly works and what doesn’t. Over time, fitness evolved from a personal transformation into a genuine passion for helping others avoid the same struggles.
To further deepen my expertise and ensure I coach safely and effectively, I earned my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer qualification in the United States.
